Drop-Off & Pick-Up

Drop-Off

  • There will be (2) drop-off days. A day with evening hours and a day with day hours only.
  • Clothing needs to be sorted by gender, then by size. Rubberband items of the same size together, in groups of no more than 15.
  • There will be (2) lines at Drop-Off:
    • Check-In: During check in you will receive your consignor and/or volunteer wristbands. Leave your items in your vehicle when you are checking in. After you have checked in you can return to your vehicle to retrieve your items
    • Item Inspection: All items will be inspected. Please make sure clothes are not stained, ripped or missing buttons, battery operated items are working and have batteries in them and items with multiple pieces or items that require assembly have all their parts.
You are required to stay through the inspection process. Any items not accepted will be given back to you at that time. We will place all clothing items on the racks. You will be responsible for placing all other items on the sales floor. All tables on the sale floor will have a Yellow Sign indicating the items category (books, games, puzzles, dolls, etc.). Large items will have an Green Sign indicating where these items need to be placed on the floor.

*Please allow at least 1 hour for Drop-Off.

Pick-Up


After the sale you have the option to donate your unsold items to the participating charities or you can pick up your unsold items on Monday, after the sale.

If you choose to donate your items, please use a White 3x5 index card, for the tag. If you are picking up your items after the sale, use a Colored 3x5 index card for the tag.

If you are picking up your items after the sale, you will need to bring a 60-gallon or larger storage container with you when you are dropping off your items. Write your consigner number on a white 3x5 card and tape it with packing tape to one end of the container. Please do not bring the lid with you.

Items will be sorted by consignor number using these containers. We will only have one day for Pick-Up. The hours for Pick-Up on this day are 12:00PM-7:00Pm. Please allow 30 minutes for Pick-Up. Any items that are not picked up by 7:00PM will be donated to one of our charities.
