Shop early by becoming a volunteer. A 4-hour volunteer shift will get you into the “Preview Party” 1 hour before our consignors and new parents/grandparents. Our “Preview Party” is our volunteer shopping night, the night before we open the sale to the general public.
Don’t be surprised by the size of the entrance line to the “Preview Party”. Get to the sale early to get a spot in the front of the line.
Bring a laundry basket with a belt or rope attached, container or a shopping bag on wheels, to hold your purchases while you are shopping, so you will have your hands free to look.
Bring someone with you if you are interested in purchasing a large item that will have to be disassembled for you to get home.
Make a shopping list of what you are looking for; include your child's sizes and toys they have been asking about.
Trace your child’s footprint on a piece of paper and cut it out. Bring this footprint with you to the sale and use it to compare to shoes you are interested in purchasing to see if it will fit.
Check the size below, as well as the size above your child’s normal size. Some clothing brands run small, while other run large. You may find items that fit your child in these other sizes.
When purchasing a large item, find a volunteer to remove the tag from the item. Bring the tag to the check out and we will give you a sticker to place on the item indicating it has been sold once it has been paid for.
Check everything out! There are great bargains to be had! Even if you don’t need something now, you may be able to find a great deal on something you will need or want your child to have in the future.
Come back on Sunday, Discount Day! On Sunday, all items, except those marked “DND” will be 50% off! This is a great day to pick up the items you passed on before, if they are still available.
